Once mined, they are given a gentle polish touch up on all sides to smooth them out and reveal their color and sparkle, while retaining the natural shape of the original garnet structure, and all of the beauty, magic, and sacred geometry that comes with it!
ABOUT GARNET
The birthstone of January, garnet is found all over the world, known for its creative energy and association with the root chakra. Deeply grounding and protective, most garnet is known for its mysterious, blood-red color, though this stone can occur in other shades. Believed by ancient peoples to be associated with the blood and to heal ailments of the blood, garnet is still revered today for its health and grounding properties.
Garnets are one of my favorite grounding crystals. Did you know that any energy you work with is not effective until it's grounded? Many empaths and sensitives want to open and work with the higher chakras - but so many of us are not in our bodies, and unable to put those gifts to practical use. Through working with stones like garnets, we can recenter into our lower chakras, and put our ideas, desires, goals, and dreams to fruition in physical reality. For this reason, garnet is considered a "fertility" stone - not simply to conceive a child, but to conceive, carry through, and birth an idea, project, or passion.
A wonderful stone for air and fire signs of the Zodiac, known to bring us back into our bodies, ground us in reality, and offer metaphysical stability, garnet is a must-have stone in any collection. In this beautiful form, it's shimmery, dramatic, and potent. These pieces are perfect for placing under beds for empaths, as they are immediately grounding in a soothing, gentle way, warding off the energies of the day and allowing for restful sleep. I keep one on each of our family member’s bedside tables and a large one under my children’s beds!

All stones and crystals in our shop have been cleansed with our natural mountain spring water (except for those that may dissolve in water, such as selenite) and have been smudged with organic white sage, harvested sustainably and produced fairly.
